2. Self-Service Sea Freight Order to the Philippines
A new self-service ordering feature has been introduced. Click on "Place Order" and fill in the required warehouse information, including the domestic logistics tracking number and the chosen logistics channel.
After the system update, customers only need to input their shipping and receiving address once. This information will be saved, allowing returning customers to easily place orders using previously saved details.
In the "Goods Information" section, fill in the item name and quantity. If you know the weight and dimensions, you can provide that information as well. The warehouse will confirm and update the dimensions later. After filling in the details, click "Submit Order" to complete the self-service process.
3. Self-Service Re-Measurement and Weighing
A new one-click re-measurement feature has been added. Once the Zoomasia Logistics warehouse receives the goods, they will carefully record the number of items and their dimensions, accurate to the centimeter.
If you have any concerns about the measurements, click "Request Re-Measurement," and the warehouse will review and confirm the sizes. If everything is in order, click "Confirm Measurement," and the goods will be prepared for loading.
4. Real-Time Logistics Tracking
Whether you are sending or receiving goods, the biggest concern is knowing the location of your shipment. International logistics can be unpredictable, and peace of mind comes from knowing your goods are on their way and safe.
Zoomasia Logistics has enhanced the one-click tracking feature. To find out where your shipment is, click "Track Shipment" and enter your tracking number to view the 24/7 status of your goods.
If you want to confirm whether the goods have been signed for, you can also click [Receipt Inquiry]. The deliveryman will upload the delivery receipt every day, so that you can understand the receipt status of the goods in real time.
Additional New Features
The latest system update also includes one-click warehouse address lookup, order history review, and other optimizations. Many of these improvements are significant compared to previous versions, enhancing the user experience. Stay tuned for more exciting features from Zoomasia Logistics in the future!
